Kitchen Products –
Our detergents are highly concentrated, have free-rinsing formulas, are economical, and save storage space. The detergents are effective against grease and oils, heavy food buildup, proteins, soils, and stains.
- Lemon Pot and Pan –
- Description: Lemon Pot and pan is a concentrated manual warewash detergent with wetting agents, surfactants, and degreasers. It features medium foaming to help aid in rinsing and it is gentle on the hands.

- Description: EPA registered Quat Sanitizer, is a final rinse sanitizer for 3 compartment sinks and food contact surfaces. Type: Liquid

- Flatware Pre-Soak –
- Description: Flatware Presoak is a flatware brightening agent. Flatware Presoak contains an enzyme boosting agent for enhanced performance. This product is especially good for baked on cheese and grease on silverware. It works well in soft or hard water. It is easy to use, concentrated for economy, effective and reduces re-wash.

- Orange Power Degreaser –
- Description: This concentrated cleaner and degreaser combines a powerful blend of surfactants, detergents and butyl cleaners to quickly strip away grease, fats, oils and carbonized deposits. Its heavy-duty formula is designed for use in commercial and institutional kitchens to clean hoods, grills, walls, and large kitchen equipment. It can be diluted at a variety of rates for different cleaning jobs. It is also commonly used as kitchen floor cleaner and has a great fragrance.

- Description: Liquid Brick is the most powerful combination of alkaline detergents, emulsifiers, and dispersants available on the market today. Specifically formulated for foodservice and restaurant industries, Liquid Brick will dissolve away even the thickest layers of built-up grease and cooking deposits from grills, ovens, grease filter ducts, and deep fryers.

- Description: EPA registered Quat Sanitizer, is a final rinse sanitizer for table tops, bar tops and any pre-cleaned surface that needs sanitizing.
- Type: Liquid

- Neutra Clean –
- Description: Neutra-Clean is a premium neutral cleaner that is safe to be used on any surface not harmed by water alone. This neutral multi-purpose has cleaning power as well as a refreshing clean scent. It will clean oil, grease, grime, dirt, inks and most other soils. Use this product anywhere including tile, terrazzo, porcelain, marble, concrete, enamel, and metal. Will not remove or harm floor finishes. It also has a fabulous lavender fragrance.

- Description: Window Wash is a concentrated window cleaner for maximum dilution and economy. It’s economical, non-streaking, versatile and has no ammonia odor.

- Description: This gentle, neutral pH soap is designed for hand washing in public restrooms, office buildings, restaurants, and other settings where a general-use, all-purpose hand soap is required. Its liquid is fortified with gentle skin conditioners to leave skin soft and smooth. It also has a cucumber melon fragrance.

- Foam O Matic –
- Description: This gentle, neutral pH soap is designed for hand washing in public restrooms, office buildings, restaurants, and other settings where a general-use, all-purpose hand soap is required. Its liquid is fortified with gentle skin conditioners to leave skin soft and smooth. It also has a lavender fragrance.

- Neutra Quat –
- Description: This gentle concentrated quat based cleaner can be used as a general-purpose cleaner and bathroom cleaner. This product is a mild cleaner (about the same strength as a glass cleaner) with and incorporates Quat (quaternary ammonia – the same as the 3rd Sink Product).
